Hello everyone, I've been noticing a lot of chatter regarding agentic AI in demand generation and think it is impressive how it can iterate on its own without being set into automation like past "dumb" iterations of automation. It can actually automate decisions on the campaign itself, actively optimizing buyer engagement in real time. Is this level of autonomy capable enough to replace manual campaign changes altogether, or is this better suited for a supportive role to a human strategy? Another thought I have, how confident is the AI predicted buyer behavior as a long-term engagement strategy? Should companies be jumping all-in on full AI-generated personalization now, or is it better to evolve gradually? I'd like to discuss others' practical experiences and skepticism about this evolution in demand generation.
