I’ve been planning a few weekend trips recently and was looking for a reliable taxi service in Delhi for outstation travel. Since I usually travel with family, comfort is a priority, and that’s why I prefer booking an Innova or Innova Crysta. These cars are spacious, stable on highways, and much better for long journeys to places like Shimla, Manali, Agra, Jaipur, or even Uttarakhand routes like Rishikesh and Nainital.

While searching for options, I found a few services that looked okay, but pricing and reliability were always a concern. A friend recommended trying one particular service, so I checked out their fleet and pricing. Their cars looked clean and well maintained, especially the Innova Crysta for outstation travel. The charges seemed reasonable compared to what many others quote in Delhi.

I decided to book them for a short Delhi–Jaipur trip just to test their service before planning any long hill journeys. Overall, the experience was pretty good — the vehicle was clean, the driver was polite and experienced, and the pickup was on time. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t add any hidden charges at the end, which is a common issue with a lot of taxi operators.

Now I’m thinking of trying them for trips to Shimla or Manali next month, but before that, I wanted to know if anyone here has used their taxis for long-distance or hill routes. How is their performance on steep uphill roads? Are the drivers confident and experienced on mountain terrain?

Would love to hear some real experiences from fellow travellers before I finalize my next trip.
