Ceiling heights run at a notable 3.6 metres — well above the standard 3-3.2 metre norm in most Gurgaon high-rises — and residents get access to what’s being marketed as Gurgaon’s first panoramic glass lift experience.

Pricing has moved quickly since launch. At launch, The Falcon was priced from roughly ₹10.3 Cr onwards (around ₹21,000-22,000 per sq ft). Since then, market trackers recorded average prices moving from around ₹21,200 to ₹29,800 per sq ft in a single quarter (Q3 2025), a jump of over 40%.
