If someone is trying to figure out what a toy is worth, the first thing to remember is that no two collectibles are exactly alike. Two identical action figures can sell for very different prices depending on their condition. A sealed figure with a crisp card or box will almost always bring more than one with creases, fading, or damaged packaging. Rarity matters too, but it only tells part of the story. A rare toy still needs collector demand to command a premium.

Start by figuring out exactly what you have. Check the toy line, release year, and whether it is a standard release or a variant. To estimate a Toys Value, compare your toy with recently sold examples in similar condition. Do not rely on asking prices because they often run much higher than what collectors actually pay. Keep the original box, accessories, and paperwork together if they are available. Those extras can make a real difference. If there is a collection, check every item one by one. A single rare piece can easily be the most valuable item in the entire collection.
