I've been interested in NFTs and their application in the Metaverse for a long time, but the more I learn, the more questions I have. What might it look like in practice, from the sale of virtual lands to art? It seems that this is not only a change in the economy, but also a new form of interaction and creativity. 

Guys, does anyone know what Azuki NFT is and why there's so much hype about them? Because I see these red jackets and anime avatars everywhere. So, the question is: is this a really cool NFT project with prospects or just another hype, are there any Azuki owners here, tell us what it really does?

I was looking at some collections and there’s SO MANY, I don’t even know where to start. Some of them look cool, but I don’t get why some are worth thousands and others are like $5. Is it just hype, or is there a real way to tell which ones will be valuable?
